Job Description

What you’ll do

As a functional consultant you will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.

  • Work with the customer to configure/customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements.
  • Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
  • Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.


You’ll be here to make customers success by unlocking capabilities and being their long-term partners in the Cloud.

  • Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
  • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget


Qualifications needed:

  • Consulting experience in common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce
  • Industry knowledge of any of Software / Services / Wholesale Distribution / Retail
  • Ability to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution
  • 2nd European Language desirable
