Neighbourhood Officer – Moray

We are looking for a friendly, values-driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Neighbourhood Officer to join the team, to support our colleagues and help us deliver outstanding housing management service to the Association’s tenants.
We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative person, with good attention to detail, who can work proactively with tenants, customers and partners to find creative solutions.
The ideal candidate should preferably have experience of working within a housing organisation or in a customer service environment. Experience of tenancy management is strongly desired as are good IT skills and a working knowledge of welfare state benefit system.
You will have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide accurate and concise information. We are looking for someone who is flexible, resilient and a supportive team player who is able to remain calm and to work effectively under pressure.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and positive in their approach and have the ability to adapt to change. You will need to work on your own initiative and manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £34,808 - £38,676 (max entry point is max entry point £36,355, depending on qualifications and experience)

- A relevant CIH Level 3 in Housing or demonstration that you are willing to work towards this is required.
- A full driving licence and access to a car is essential for this post.
