The Role:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple regions in the UK.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience within the electric heating or related industry is highly desirable.

- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required across the UK.
- Full UK driving license.
