Join Agri-Lloyd, a leader in ruminant nutrition with over 40 years of expertise, as our National Sales Manager (UK). In this pivotal role, you will drive sales success by leading and inspiring a team of regional sales managers while promoting our innovative products to the agricultural sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building, leading, and motivating a leadership team, including Regional Sales Managers, a National Product Manager, and a Dairy Sales Manager.
- Ensuring efficient planning and implementation of sales strategies across the UK.
- Developing effective recruitment and training programs for agents.
- Leveraging marketing and sales data for informed decision-making.
- Representing the company at key UK shows and actively contributing to management meetings and company culture.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience, with 3 years in the agricultural sector.
- A deep understanding and passion for the agricultural industry.
- A customer-focused leader with strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Skilled in concept selling and team leadership with integrity.
