About the role:
Reporting into the Sales Supply Team Manager – Contracts and working closely within the UK Contracts Team, the National Account Manager – Contracts Kitchen Furniture Manufacturers is responsible for the implementation of account plans for the KFM customers across all product categories.
The jobholder is expected to maintain an appropriate product mix and drive improved cost to serve, with the overriding principle to maximize profitability. The NAM is required to jointly plan activity with the Contracts Sales Team and KFMs, taking into consideration the requirements of the House Builder and Projects customers.
Location:
The role will be field based with business travel across the UK up to 60% of the time, however the candidate should live within a commutable distance to Luton as there is a requirement to work from the office if needed for internal meetings.

What you'll do:
- To execute the channel strategy by brand within the customer.
- To develop and build strong relationships at all levels within the customer set.
- To work closely with product line to agree optimum ranges and pricing within these customers to maximise Electrolux sales.
- Effectively manage the internal pricing process to keep price queries to a minimum and efficiently resolve any that arise.
- Maintain, monitor and issue builder and project customer prices lists to ensure claimback invoices and data are dealt with in a timely manner.
- To participate in monthly forecast for the Channel so as to maximise product availability and optimise business planning.
- To manage and resolve where necessary all issues relating to the finance, logistics, and other business issues relating to this customer.
- Prepare and maintain informed customer segmentation, to drive the Channel cost to serve.
- Maintain the product mix as agreed with Product Line and the Channel Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
- Proven experience in a Sales role with knowledge of the builder’s market
- Strong business acumen, business analysis and numerical interpretation
- Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of PowerBI would be a great advantage
- Open, ambitious, and keen to grow by learning and development
- UK driving license
