What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out a wide variety of tasks, including carpentry, repairs and general building maintenance and refurbishment.
• Lend your expertise in painting and decorating where needed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Work independently or collaborate with a team to efficiently deliver top-notch results.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A mix of skills, including carpentry, plastering, maintenance and refurbishment building work, decorating and occasional basic plumbing (non-gas).
• A current CSCS Card.
• Previous hands-on experience in your trade.
• A commitment to exceptional quality and a keen eye for detail.
• A full UK driving license.
  
  

Bonus Skills

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry/Painting & Decorating.
• PASMA or IPAF Certifications.
• Experience in maintenance carpentry repairs, refurbishment works incl plasterboard partitions and dry lining and painting and decorating.
