About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Multi-Trade Technician to handle both planned and reactive maintenance, working closely with our Helpdesk and Regional Manager. You’ll be essential in delivering a safe, reliable service across a busy operational estate.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond rapidly to faults.
- Perform minor repairs, furniture assembly, and general upkeep across sites.
- Monitor health and safety compliance (fire checks, Legionella, etc.).
- Liaise with sub-contractors, ensure compliance, and log issues.
- Maintain statutory records and stock levels.
- Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Previous experience in facilities or building maintenance.
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent), IOSH Working Safely (or willingness to achieve).
