We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join our Planned Maintenance Business covering central Wrexham and surrounding areas. You will specialise in bathroom refurbishments for our reputable Housing client, working in both domestic, occupied and unoccupied (void) properties.

- This is for an Aids and Adaptation contract so the ability to fit adaptive bathrooms.
- Undertaking plumbing works, including other trades such as wall tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl floor fitting, and decorations
- The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings.
- Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team, whilst always working to completion targets
- Qualified Plumber to an NVQ level 2, or similar professional body or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
- Demonstrable previous experience of bathroom fitting in a domestic setting
- Previous experience of also completing other minor trades as required in the domestic refurbishment setting
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with use of a company van, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Plumber role.
