Templer HomeBuild are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful responsive maintenance and larger works team based in Newton Abbot. Guaranteed 39 hour working week finishing early on Fridays to help with work/life balance.
We require the Operative to be completing a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas around the Newton Abbot area. This is a excellent opportunity for the right individual, offering you stability and bonus incentive.

- Wet trades works will include rendering external walls and plastering internal walls & ceilings. Painting internals. Carpentry works will involve fencing, stud work, door hanging & basic plumbing works include taps, wash hand basins, wastes etc.
- You will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and considering their needs at all times while being able to complete your works
- Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in a trade, or similar professional body
- Previous experience as a Multi trade Operative would be advantageous, preferably in the domestic setting
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Carpenter Kitchen Fitter role,
