Multi Trade Operative

Ian Williams seeks a competent Multi Trade Operative (any trade bias considered if multi skilled) to join our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Thornaby on Tees. You will be working within our Northeast region covering areas including Newcastle to Scarborough.

You will specialise in domestic day-to-day repairs and maintenance and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable social housing client. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

• Successfully complete domestic repairs and maintenance jobs within our day-to-day response team, completing an average of five- six jobs a day including tasks such as basic joinery, carpentry, plumbing, painting, patch plastering and floor fitting,
• You will be passionate about people; you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment.
• Taking pride in health and safety is key to the success of this role, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded.
  
  

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?

• Qualified to an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in a core trade. All trade specialisms considered as long as multi skilled.
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi role, with the use of a company van, provided.
