What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose & Repair: Identify standard and complex faults and resolve them efficiently.
• Service & Rebuild: Perform routine maintenance, strip, fit, and replace components, including major engine work.
• Meet Deadlines: Keep to schedules, ensuring customers get their bikes back on time and in top condition.
• Valeting Bikes: Every bike that comes through the workshop should leave looking its best. You’ll handle deep cleaning, polishing, and prepping bikes for the road or showroom.
• Customer Service: It’s not just about fixing bikes—it’s about creating a great experience. You’ll spend time with customers, explaining work done, answering questions, and making sure they’re happy when they ride away.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record as a Motorcycle Technician
• Attention to Detail: Spot issues others might miss and take pride in getting it right the first time.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Confident tackling tricky repairs and finding innovative solutions.
• Passion for Bikes: You live and breathe motorcycles, and it shows in your work.
• Drive: Ambitious and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
• Licence: A valid motorcycle licence would be a big plus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward 14 years and we’ve grown into Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer with over 3000 motorcycles in stock!

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further!
