MOT Tester Role Overview
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for performing thorough MOT assessments on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring compliance with national safety standards. You play a crucial role in maintaining customer confidence in vehicle safety and reliability.
You will be required to work 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday 8:30am til 5pm and Saturdays on a rota basis (approx.1 in 4) 8am til 2pm

MOT Tester Role Overview
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for performing thorough MOT assessments on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring compliance with national safety standards. You play a crucial role in maintaining customer confidence in vehicle safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities As An MOT Tester
- Conduct comprehensive MOT tests,
- Complete a comprehensive VHC and accompanying video of defects identified
- Document and report all findings accurately, maintaining records required by the DVSA.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other technical staff to resolve any identified issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest MOT testing regulations and vehicle technologies, regularly update MOT Club records to maintain dealer required DVSA standards.
- Valid DVSA MOT Tester qualification with proven experience in vehicle testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers.
- Valid UK Drivers Licence
