Mobile Unit Supervisor required.
The successful Mobile Unit Supervisor responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Work with Catering Managers.
Standardising kitchen approaches.
Going into all kitchens.
Allergen and Health and Safety awareness.
Inspections.
To complete all associated paperwork/documentation
Please note applicants must have a full Driving License and proof of business insurance.
