About The Role
We're looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Banbury Showroom!
Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.
You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £25,396.80, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £25,396.80, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
- Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality
- Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
- Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
- Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

- Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required .
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
- Full UK manual driving license.
- Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.
