Mix Support Operative

Position Title: Mix Support Operative

Location: Lymington – Onsite

Position Overview

The Mix Support Operative supports the Mix Manager with key administrative and compliance tasks to ensure smooth production operations. This includes managing SAP data entry, generating daily mix reports, and acting as the liaison between field experts, staging, and management teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete daily OEE and SAP data entry
• Produce daily volume mix reports by 9:00am
• Support in correcting SAP transaction errors
• Investigate and resolve material variances
• Liaise with payroll on holiday and pay issues
• Support field experts and staging operatives
• Act as communication link in Mix Manager's absence
• Provide SAP training and troubleshoot user issues
  
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with SAP
• Proficient in SAP, especially in stores/inventory functions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communicator, fluent in English
• Excellent team collaboration skills
• Experience with compliance documentation
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal SAP qualification
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in high-paced manufacturing settings
