Day-to-Day Duties

Manufacturing Workforce are responsible for placing skilled and in demand people on both a permanent and contract basis into the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors, from skilled Shop Floor Personnel and Specialist Engineers to Supervisory and Management positions. We operate from several prime locations throughout Central England and our Specialist Consultants will have an in-depth understanding of your skills and offer best advice on your next step!! Day-to-Day Duties
- TIG/ Mig welding stainless steel Mild Steel metals (1.5mm upwards)
- Reading and understanding technical drawings
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Collaborating with a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a professional and detail-oriented approach to work
- Occasional overtime as required by customer demand
- Minimum 5 years welding experience (with references)
- Strong understanding of engineering/fabrication workshop operations
- Knowledge of mechanical systems is beneficial
- Experience in sheet metal work and pipefitting
- Coded welder certification (desirable)
- Familiarity with Permit to Work documentation and writing RAMS (desirable)
