Job Purpose
ramarketing is a strategic international growth partner whose aim is to support life science clients operating within the pharmaceutical outsourcing space to grow their businesses by leveraging integrated commercial marketing, design, content, and PR strategies.
Our inbound marketing team utilises a range of innovative methods and creative initiatives to promote ramarketing, build brand awareness, and grow the agency’s client base. Anything you see across our external platforms has been created and executed by our specialist team of inbound marketers.
Our Graphic Designer will play an essential role in delivering world-class design work, partnering with stakeholders to ensure internal briefs are used to direct the process and deliver outstanding results across a variety of platforms. As a dedicated design resource within inbound marketing, your work will elevate the visual representation of the ramarketing and Molecule to Market podcast brands.
Your role…
Success in the role will hinge on a keen eye for detail and focus on quality, outstanding organisation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment on multiple projects and campaigns.
You will be responsible for providing expert design resources to several teams, working collaboratively, and acting with integrity and professionalism. You’ll be committed and driven to deliver world-class work and operate at your best.
Partnering directly with the Inbound Marketing team your work will typically include:
Our inbound marketing team is looking for a proficient designer who lives and breathes creativity. You will have developed experience in delivering outcome-based concepts, assets, and campaigns either within a freelance, agency, or internal role.
Your experience will have given you a good knowledge of design principles and an ability to work to brand guidelines and specific briefs, you will ensure that delivery and production deadlines are being met and colleagues are updated on progress along the way.
As a team player, you’ll maintain a positive approach and get a kick out of delivering concepts, assets, and campaigns to achieve results. You’ll adopt a proactive, positive approach to challenges and support your team members in achieving effective outcomes.
Ideally, we are looking for a designer who has developed an understanding of the commercial landscape your wider team operates in (although this doesn’t need to be the life science sector). This insight will continue to inform and develop innovative brand assets and concepts that keep us front of mind for our clients, and heads and shoulders above our competitors.
At Ramarketing, We Genuinely Care About Our People.
We want everyone to love what they do and feel comfortable bringing their authentic self to work. We’re 100% committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion and work hard to recruit, nurture and work with people who can contribute to our culture, expand our diversity of thought, and make ramarketing a great place to be.
We are incredibly proud of our values and our culture. You will play an essential role in helping shape that, ensuring people feel empowered to ‘Have a go’, remaining courageously curious, challenging ways of work, and delivering continuous and innovative improvements.
Our people embody our ‘Be genuine’ value, going beyond the traditional open door policy and building meaningful relationships with each other to help us spot what drives people and how we can support their development, continually demonstrating integrity and professionalism in everything we do.
‘Really care’ as a value truly informs our output, going beyond taking pride in our work it informs the standards we set; world-class work for our clients. Not only delivering but doing the right thing and delivering tangible results for our clients.
As a business that has grown in the North East of England, we are proud advocates for the region, even as we continue to grow on a global stage, ‘Be Canny’ truly guides our interactions with each other and our clients… However, it is more than just being nice. ‘Be canny’ is building trusted relationships, doing the right thing for the right reasons, and working with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
We believe in giving access to opportunities based on ability, skills, experience, and values and encourage applications from anyone who aligns with our values regardless of human differences.
