A bit about the job:

As the Mid-Market Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented underwriters, working closely with Senior Underwriters to ensure the team meets its goals. Your role will be to guide the team in delivering the best Customer service and solutions in the market, profitable growth, and improving capabilities—all while keeping a sharp eye on governance and team engagement. You’ll need to be comfortable making quick decisions, managing priorities, and building relationships that last

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Leadership & People Skills: You’re a natural leader who can inspire, communicate clearly, listen actively, and negotiate effectively.
• Insurance Industry Experience Essential: You’ve got a solid background in the Insurance Industry.
• Commercial Underwriting Experience Preferred: with a background across multiple areas—Property, Casualty, Construction, or Motor.
• Industry Connections: Your relationships in the market are top-notch, and you know how to leverage them.
• Analytical & Presentation Skills: You can analyse risk and present solutions to brokers and clients with confidence.

• Salary is Competitive depending on skills, experience and qualifications
