The Management Information teams’ main function is to design and provide data from various sources and present results against our Contractual Service of requirements (SORs). The data is communicated to KN & Team Leidos management teams on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis. A key element of this role will be to create these daily, weekly and monthly performance reports along with interpreting data and turning it into information which will aid operations and support the business decision making

How you create impact
- Build Relationships with the Customer and offer excellent customer service. Build positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests – Internal and External
- Make certain all contractual obligations are met in full
- Ensure Ad-hoc reports are completed within the specified requirements and the agreed SLA’s, ensuring the requestor understands limitations.
- Create daily / weekly and monthly performance / MI reports for internal and external customers.
- Create customer, strategic, tactical and warehouse performance packs
- Create performance and volume dashboards for various reporting levels
- Generate reports to support operational analysis of contractual KPI data. Analyse raw data from various sources including WMS outputs, Access Databases and Excel documents
- Interpret data and summarise into set standards and templates. Define ways of recording and extracting KPI data
- Streamline data gathering and create standard methods for data collection. Create high level presentations and documents
- Provide data to support continuous improvement activity. Provide link into the Operational structure for all MI activity
- A good level of data manipulation skill in Advanced Excel multi-functional formula and Power Point. PDF’s Business Objects/ Dispatcher WMS experience an advantage
- Maintain integrity of the MI process with detailed review and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current complete and consistent.
- Previous experience in an Operational Logistics Environment (Highly Desirable)
- Self-motivated excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills
