Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise product listings on our e-commerce platforms to maximise sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular analysis of product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and other content.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure the success of merchandising strategies.
• Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail best practices.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads and Amazon Advertising.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and online retail.
