- 37.5 hours per week Permanent Full-Time
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in CAMHS or a strong desire to build their career in this area. You'll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to young people with mental health needs
- Develop therapeutic relationships to support engagement and recovery
- Contribute to assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring of progress
- Promote ethical, evidence-based nursing practice in line with professional standards
- For senior RMNs: lead shifts and provide mentorship to junior staff and students
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration
- Experience or a keen interest in working within CAMHS settings
- Excellent teamworking and communication skills
- A flexible, positive approach - able to work shifts including nights and weekends
- A genuine passion for making a difference in young people's mental health
