Mental Health and Wellbeing College Facilitator

Location: Hybrid (travel to Everyturn offices as required)

Hours: Between 18.75 - 37.5 hours per week (flexible)

Contract: Permanent

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to travel across Northumberland when needed.

We’re looking for a female College Facilitator to help deliver and develop engaging courses and activities, both online and face to face. You’ll play a key role in supporting individuals and communities to build on their strengths, develop healthy lifestyles, and take positive steps in their recovery.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate peer-led and group learning sessions, online and in person
• Support new students with enrolment and risk assessments
• Work with the College Co-ordinator to co-create new courses and resources
• Provide tailored support to help people access services and community activities
• Collect and collate data to demonstrate the impact of the college
• Carry out admin duties linked to session delivery and reporting
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience providing 1:1 and group peer support within a mental health setting
• Understanding of recovery-focused approaches and community assets
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and IT skills (Office 365)
• Respect for confidentiality and a commitment to Everyturn’s values of compassion and respect for all
• Willingness to travel and engage in continuous professional development
