We're looking for a MEICA Estimator to join our framework on our Thames Water contract based Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.
Role Location: Estimating head office is based at Salford, Manchester. The working area for this role will require travel to the Thames Water region.
Hours: 40 hours per week - Hybrid working is available, as is working in Salford or on sites within the Thames Water district.
What will you be responsible for?
As a MEICA Estimator, you'll be working on the Thames Water contract, where you will be involved in preparing sales tenders and quotations.

What will you be responsible for?
As a MEICA Estimator, you'll be working on the Thames Water contract, where you will be involved in preparing sales tenders and quotations.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Attend pre-construction and construction site visits.
- Read and understand client and designers specifications and drawings.
- Manage the production of enquiry schedules for either mechanical and electrical scope of works / packages from the tender documentation, drawings and specifications issued.
- Manage the preparation of enquiry documents for either mechanical and electrical scope of works / packages.
- Identify the tender deliverables required from the project designers.
This role of MEICA Estimator is great for you if:
- Experience in the Water industry is required
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- HNC/HNC/Degree (Construction related) Engineering based qualification.
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of planning and construction activities.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Excel
