What You'll Do:

· Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customer enquiries relating to Sanofi products and disease areas. This includes direct requests, enquiries escalated from the Front Line and enquiries escalated from head office Medical Information Team

· Be able to conduct literature searches to answer more complex enquiries in standard databases such as Medline and Embase. Present the data in a format appropriate to the end user

· Be able to assess hierarchy of MI resources to respond to more complex enquiries and be able to utilise MI resources to answer enquiries

· Prioritise enquiries involving patient care

· Provide answers through the customers preferred channel i.e. E-mail/telephone call/letter etc

· Document all enquiries accurately in GMI Connect IM. Includes appropriate use of comments fields when escalating enquiries between different colleagues.

· Document adverse events and product complaints as appropriate

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Life Science degree, Batchelor's minimum, Masters preferred

· Ability to coach and develop others

· Desire to support patients, provide information and assistance

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include customer service skills

· Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
