                            What Are We Looking For?
Our Chemical & Biological Treatment team is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our Darlington office on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team that is experienced, working on water projects across the UK.
Please note this position will require flexibility on working location, with accommodation provided by RSE.

                    Our Chemical & Biological Treatment team is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our Darlington office on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team that is experienced, working on water projects across the UK.

Some Of Your Key Duties Include
- Dismantle and re-assemble mechanical assemblies.
- Inspect equipment and identify faulty components.
- Ensure quality, environmental and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
- Carry out preventative maintenance work on plant and equipment.
- Assist other disciplines when required.
- Ensure safe use of hand tools, machinery, and other equipment.
- Ensure equipment is maintained to a high and safe standard.
- NVQ OR City and Guilds Qualified
- Confined Space
- Possess a mechanical understanding and knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Hydrostatic systems.
- The ability to understand and use schematics and maintenance drawings to analyse, assess, and find faults within these systems.
- To be organised and have the ability to plan a sequence of events, which are required to remove and reinstall components within a working system.
- Capable of self-checking work and to possess high personal standards with respect to Environment, Quality and Health & Safety.
- Full UK Driving Licence
