Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor (London & Oxford)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Plus Company Car

We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Lifecycle and Assurance team. Reporting to the Lifecycle & Assurance Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the long-term health and performance of our clients' buildings

We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Lifecycle and Assurance team. Reporting to the Lifecycle & Assurance Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the long-term health and performance of our clients' buildings
Responsibilities
- Conducting asset condition surveys and audits in order to support the generation of accurate, fit for purpose Lifecycle Plans, ensuring compliance with our contractual obligations in respect to Lifecycle
- Providing technical advice and support to project teams on mechanical and electrical works instructed through Lifecycle Planning
- Assessing the condition and operational risk of M&E assets and systems, to check that assets are being maintained in accordance with best practice and any contractual obligations, therefore achieving their anticipated lifespan
- Reviewing reactive lifecycle applications to ensure that they meet the required criteria in respect to Lifecycle funding
- Mechanical or electrical building services qualification
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of building services systems in education and healthcare environments
- Membership in a relevant professional institute is desirable
- H&S qualification relevant to the role
