- We have approximately 200 panel parts produced from our 8 automated press line facilities. 80% supply to Plant Oxford, 20% to BMW network. 30 additional parts are also produced in the sub-assembly technology to supply Oxford.
- Our zero waste to landfill philosophy; none of the materials we use are sent to landfill.
- The opportunity to get involved with our continued to support to our house charity with a variety of fundraising events throughout the year.
What awaits you?
- Gain in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes within an automotive environment.
- Lead, and participate in, multiple small- & large-scale projects, working with manufacturing and other business support areas at the plant.
- Develop & improve internal processes within the planning function, using smart digital IT products.
- Collaborating with the BMW UK Digitalisation teams to turn innovative ideas into real business solutions for the plant.
- Working with a diverse team to problem-solve operational topics to ensure continuous production.
- Studying towards an Information Technology, Business Information Management, IT Project Management (projected 2:2 or above).
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools.
- A keen interest in working in the automotive industry & manufacturing planning.
- A forward thinker with the desire to promote innovative ideas.
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Ability to approach problems in an analytical innovative manner.
- Capable of prioritising & organising tasks independently.
- Great Pay – A competitive annual salary of £24,650, 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
