We’re looking for a Master Data Technician to join our UK Master data team in Darlington. Within this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data for our UK operation.

Reporting to our Master Data Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple systems. You’ll support new product launches, maintain up-to-date supplier material pricing, and collaborate with teams across the business to meet operational and strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining master data in line with agreed SLAs
- Supporting the UK New Product Creation process using NACT (Nobia Article Creation Templates)
- Maintaining supplier material prices and understanding the timing and impact of changes
- Ensuring data accuracy across seven UK systems
- Collaborating with multiple departments to support business projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or Oracle.
- A structured, organised approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
- An understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly in new product setup for manufacturing.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive – You actively contribute to our success by making sound decisions and sharing ideas that drive us forward.
