About The Role
Join our team to manage and govern company master data across products, customers, and suppliers. You'll support the resolution of data queries and assist the Master Data Management Team Leader, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations across our IT systems.

About The Role
Join our team to manage and govern company master data across products, customers, and suppliers. You'll support the resolution of data queries and assist the Master Data Management Team Leader, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations across our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Completion and accurate creation/maintenance of JDE master data to agreed processes and service level agreements.
- Creation and maintenance of master data tasks related to but not limited to Products, Components, Bulk Wine, Customers, Suppliers and Employees.
- Field MDM queries within agreed processes – if outside of documented/known process these should be escalated to Team Leader.
- Maintenance of MDM data collection processes as per requests from Master Data Management Team Leader.
- Shared responsibility to manage team inbox requests with the ability to prioritise and escalate when required.
- Administrative support to Team Leader to ensure procedure/documentation is up to date.
- Support Team Leader in roll out of new processes.
- Integrity reports are run as per MDM task list.
- Other ad hoc requests.
- 1-2 years data entry experience
- Experience of dealing with large amounts of data within an admin/data input role.
- Numerate and can demonstrate a good standard of education.
- Broad awareness of Finance Systems within Manufacturing and Sales business.
- Ability to follow and work within document processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
