In the dynamic realm of esports marketing, you, as the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms - with a strong focus on event/festival marketing of the EWC/ENC festivals.
You'll manage global campaigns that reach millions of fans worldwide and craft narratives that connect gaming communities. Daily responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to plan, activate, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
This role requires a creative, analytical, and collaborative professional who can drive brand growth, manage complex campaigns, and ensure consistent alignment between multiple stakeholders.

- Ideal location is CET time zone +/- 1 hour*******
- Develop and execute global marketing campaigns across multiple channels that drive business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day campaign initiatives and timelines, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
- Drive the local marketing campaigns for our large event productions in KSA. From concept, plan, execution to measurement.
- Drive popularity, attendance, ticket sales and viewership of the EWC/ENC events.
- Ensure alignment and communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and manage communication strategies that enhance the fan journey — from ticket purchase to viewership / event experience.
- Integrate storytelling and brand positioning into campaigns and activations.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams across disciplines such as product, production, and design to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Manage and maintain marketing materials and content assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, reach, and impact, using data-driven insights to optimize future performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven record in planning and executing integrated campaigns across media channels.
- Experience working with audiences in a digital space (esports/gaming, entertainment or sports).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working collaboratively with creative, content, and product teams, as well as external partners and agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Understanding of gaming audiences, community trends, and esports culture is a plus.
