Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals, focusing on increasing market share and brand awareness in pain management and minimally invasive orthopaedics.
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Product Launches: Manage product launches across the UK and Europe, including market analysis, promotional strategies, and sales enablement tools.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Event Management: Organize and oversee participation in conferences, trade shows, and educational workshops, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital strategies, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and SEO, to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to align marketing initiatives, provide collateral, and track the effectiveness of campaigns in driving revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and industry partners to promote the companys products and solutions.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in the medical device healthcare industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple markets.
- Strong knowledge of the UK and European healthcare systems and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Ability to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
