We are hiring a Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This person will cover a range of activities to support the company and the commercial team’s objectives, including elevating our brand, delivering highly effective commercial events, and helping with marketing operations, lead-generation activities, and social/digital campaigns. You will be comfortable working across the marketing mix and with colleagues across marketing and beyond.

Duties

  • Drive Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns across paid social, email, website, and partner channels.
  • Orchestrate High-Impact Commercial Events: Plan, organise, and deliver bespoke events that enhance brand and generate leads which includes dinner/cocktail events held alongside larger industry events.
  • Optimise Marketing Operations: Oversee and enhance CRM management, list health, and strategic coordination with commercial teams.
  • Collaborate on Content & Creative: Work with designers to produce compelling event graphics, sales collateral, and website content.
  • Innovate & Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively discover and champion new initiatives to elevate the brand and fuel lead generation.
  • Measure & Optimise Performance: Rigorously analyse lead generation activities, leveraging marketing analytics to drive continuous improvement and ROI.

Requirements

Essential

  • B2B & Industry Acumen: Proven expertise in B2B software or financial services marketing, with a deep understanding of complex buyer journeys, intent, and persona development.
  • Digital Campaign & PPC Leadership: Track record of leading highly successful digital campaigns |(including hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and overall PPC strategies) that effectively drive tangible, high-quality leads.
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Experience in strategically building, executing, and orchestrating commercial events with clear objectives for brand elevation, client ambassadorship, and demand generation.
  • Marketing Operations & Tools: Proficiency in marketing operations tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strategic Communication & Influence: Ability to confidently articulate marketing strategy, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Desired

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the concepts and principles underpinning cloud-native software, enabling you to drive impactful marketing content and activities.
  • Comfortable creating and editing design templates using Figma.
