We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.


As Marketing Executive you will play a key role in bringing exciting marketing campaigns to life and ensuring they make a lasting impression. You’ll do this through helping craft channel plans and activating sponsorships whilst ensuring all campaigns align to our brand vision and commercial goals.


With guidance and coaching from the team you’ll develop your skills in campaign management and media advertising whilst contributing creative ideas to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and drive player engagement.


For this role we are looking for a self-starter who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles of effective marketing campaigns and is passionate to pursue a career in brand, content and advertising.

Our headquarters in Wigan is the main hub for our team of over 200 innovative and ambitious

experts dedicated to delivering our vision of providing the best betting experience for racing fans. The role will be 37.5 hours per week with core business hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however, we are looking for someone who can work flexibility covering weekends when required. The role will be based from our Wigan Office with approx. 3 days per week onsite. A full induction, on the job training and development plan will be put in place for anyone who joins the team.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the marketing team in the management and implementation of the campaign planning process, facilitating workshops and producing actionable outputs
  • Facilitate regular sessions with key stakeholders outside of marketing to share marketing updates and gather information that will impact the marketing roadmap
  • Lead the marketing relationship with key industry partners
  • Manage the monthly messaging matrix to ensure the wider marketing teams are all aware and aligned to messaging priorities
  • Utilise business and marketing data to produce and communicate a weekly, monthly, and quarterly report that includes campaign performance, planning updates, new initiatives, and learnings
  • Manage monthly budget tracker, raising PO’s and liaising with finance to ensure all supplier information is up to date and accurate


What You’ll Need

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of effective marketing campaigns
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for marketing including content, brand and advertising
  • Operationally proficient with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver with clear results
  • Excellent written, time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A team player with excellent people skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • A passion for Sports/Horse Racing is advantageous but not essential
