ROLE PURPOSE

Working with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will have a critical role, supporting in delivering appropriate marketing activity within the distribution channel, to drive sales and enhance the Glory brand. This role is as much about good communication skills as it is about your marketing abilities, as it will require you to support, influence and collaborate with our distribution partner companies across the region.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Planning, developing, and implementing effective and engaging marketing communication campaigns to contribute to Glory’s growth plans for EMEA Distribution.
  • Executing email campaigns through our marketing automation tool, Eloqua.
  • Writing creative copy for marketing collateral, including brochures, emails, case studies, social media, website, and intranet.
  • Develop and execute full content strategies that drive engagement with our target audiences and generate high quality leads across all channels.
  • Supporting product launches by building launch campaigns and adapting to distribution countries where necessary.
  • Building and distributing a quarterly partner newsletter, updating content centre (Seismic), and ensuring regular collaboration with the sales team on new content, collateral, messaging, and any EMEA Distribution marketing initiatives.
  • Organising external exhibitions and events and internal customer days – which could be physical or virtual.
  • Understanding the Glory solution portfolios, customer profiles and market segmentations.
  • Build credibility and good working relationships within the wider team, partners, and key stakeholders across EMEA and with other central services teams.
  • Managing campaign and event leads, and consulting with account managers and distributors accordingly.
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget.
  • Responsible for all collateral and merchandise - ensuring sales have required levels.
  • Using social media, digital marketing, and advertising opportunities to raise brand awareness.
  • Responsible for maintaining brand standards in EMEA Distribution.
  • Build knowledge of Glory competitors across the region.
  • Consulting with relevant suppliers, agencies, and in-house creative studio
  • Working with global marketing and other country marketing teams to leverage best practices and knowledge share. Attending regular meetings with the wider EMEA and global teams if necessary.
  • Supporting with general team administrative tasks and internal events


Required Experience:

  • At least one year’s previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience of using a marketing automation tool; preferably Eloqua
  • Experience and understanding of CRM tool; preferably Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Ability to present new tactics/ideas across the marketing channel mix.
  • Strong project management/organisational skills.
  • Experience with event co-ordination and sponsorship management.
  • Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Pro-active and results driven.
  • Good copywriting skills.



Qualifications:

  • Degree educated with a marketing qualification.

  • Ability to develop and maintain relevant product knowledge.
  • Travel within EMEA
