The Vacancy

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Authentication division of De La Rue. The Authentication Division protects revenue streams and reputations of businesses and governments and protects consumers from illicit trade. The successful candidate will drive engagement throughout the customer journey to ultimately drive revenue growth. Using your creative ideas, you will produce effective marketing campaigns, whilst building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through various channels, executing strategic projects which directly drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability for the day-to-day execution of core portfolio of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and new product launches, using a range of media channels including web, email, social, PR, and events, as part of a wider marketing team, to drive traffic and boost sales.
  • Execute the social media strategy, developing detailed content calendars, including the development of compelling content and the reporting of social media engagement.
  • Coordinate and support the running of global online events, assisting in the production of engaging content, logistics and reporting.
  • Ensure the company website is up-to-date and effectively communicates the brand. Organise and prioritise upload of content with continuous monitoring and optimisation for performance improvements across all key metrics.
  • Administering the CRM system, covering data health, enrichment, and segmentation to enable strong data-based decision making and utilisation.
  • Writing and proof-reading materials for online campaigns, for web, social, to blogs and printed brochure, case studies white papers, in line with the content strategy
  • Use graphic design and basic photo editing skills to create visually compelling marketing materials such as banners, social media posts, infographics, and email newsletters using Canva and Hubspot, within brand guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively throughout, preparing material in advance and allowing time for iterations prior to sign-off. Support the product teams with pre-launch and launch activities. Support sales efforts via appropriate campaigns to maximise output from marketing activities.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a marketing executive role in a B2B environment.
  • Experienced marketer with broad general skills and in-depth knowledge of one niche area eg.Website, CMS (Hubspot), PPC, CRM (Ideally Dynamics 365), content creation.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce accurate and compelling marketing content.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to build and work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a self-starter mentality.
  • A good grasp of data and analytics
