We are currently just under 400 team members across the UK and since 2015, Woodgate & Clark has been part of the Van Ameyde Group, Europe’s market leader in international claims management. Van Ameyde operates across more than 30 territories through 46 operating companies, with more than 1500 team members.

To complement our adjusting services, we also have our own dedicated building repair network, Quadrassist, and provide specialist loss adjusting services in entertainment, events, and advertising through Spotlite Claims.



The Person

We are looking for someone dynamic who wants to work as part of a wider commercial/business development team to deliver excellence. You will be passionate about what you do and wanting to make a difference.

You will be proactive and creative, supporting our Business Development team within a leading loss adjusting/professional services environment. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is confident managing website updates and design, driving social media activity, and producing high-quality content tailored to a regulated industry.

You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, supporting client engagement initiatives, and delivering professional, compliant marketing materials that reflect our technical expertise and market position.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Marketing Executive include (though are not limited to):

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and compliant with industry standards.
  • Support website design enhancements, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers where necessary.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital channels, including articles, case studies, newsletters, internal news for external publication, client communications and engagement content.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence alongside the ELT and Client Services, planning and scheduling posts to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing material adhere to any regulatory requirements and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of marketing campaigns aligned with business development goals.
  • Analyse digital metrics and produce performance reports to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and event materials cross-departmentally, as and when required.
  • Support internal communications initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the organisation and in collaboration with the ELT.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify opportunities for market outreach and client engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and suppliers (where required) to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Work cross-functionally to assist in the delivery of company-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Organise and manage external events include conferences, shows and otherwise.
  • Support Client Services with client presentations, marketing preparation and strategy.
  • Conduct market research activities to gather insights to better understand competitor activity, target customer groups and positioning.
  • You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required and notified to you by the Company and support company transition projects when required.


Skills and Experience (E: essential, D: desirable)

  • 2-3+ years professional experience - it does not have to be in a similar role, but preference for professional services (E).
  • Excellent technology skills – PowerPoint is essential (E).
  • Experience working cross functionally, building trust with peers and other team members across the organisation (E).
  • Able to lead, prioritise, and manage multiple projects (E).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (E).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress and other marketing-related software (D).
  • Brand champion, brand management experience (D).
  • Marketing across different channels including digital (E).


Qualifications

  • HND or degree educated (or relevant compensatory experience).
  • Competent use of technology, including Office 365 Suite, and Teams.
