We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and creative marketing professional to join our EMEA Marketing Brand Growth team. This role involves overseeing the brand growth strategy for all RL brands (Polo, Collection, Purple Label, Lauren & Licensee) and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for key regions and cities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Brand Growth Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive:**
- Assist the EMEA Brand Campaign Manager in coordinating key global and local campaigns aligned with product launches and brand moments.
- Contribute to building Big Brand Momentum in priority cities through impactful 360° campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
- Understand global and EMEA marketing communication plans, focusing on strategic product and consumer targeting.
- Plan, manage, amplify, and evaluate complex marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships, focusing on relationship management and exploring new opportunities.
- Communicate consistently with Global/regional and channel stakeholders through regular updates and cross-functional meetings.
- Support senior management presentations with high-level recaps and key insights.
- Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, identifying learnings for improvement.
- Manage budgets for specific plans, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
- Monitor competitive, consumer, channel, and industry trends to inform Ralph Lauren's strategy.
- Update global and regional marketing calendars for accuracy and alignment.
- Deliver global campaign recaps highlighting key results, learnings, and improvement opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills with a business mindset and a creative entrepreneurial spirit to drive ambitious projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- At least one full strategic cycle of marketing experience in international consumer goods organizations, preferably in premium brands or fashion/luxury retail.
- Expertise in strategic analysis, digital marketing, communications, brand amplification and the 360 marketing process from development to planning to implementation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and expense tracking.
- Initial experience in people management, demonstrating the ability to inspire teams would be plus.
- A proactive approach to creative thinking with a passion for branding and market trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially French) are a bonus.
- An appreciation for cultural differences and international curiosity.
