Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Nottingham team at the entry level. This is an ideal role for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and contribute to meaningful campaigns that have a direct impact on our clients’ success. You will support various marketing initiatives and learn from an experienced team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing B2C marketing campaigns designed to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Support the marketing team with market research and analysis to identify trends and optimize strategies.
• Help develop and design marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
• Coordinate promotional events and activities that foster direct engagement with customers.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
• Maintain and update the company’s social media channels, engaging with the audience and building brand presence.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Full right to work in the UK (Unfortunately, Tier 4 and PSW visas do not qualify for this role).
• One year of customer-facing or marketing experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively within a team.
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for marketing.
• Attention to detail and creativity in executing marketing strategies.
