We are looking for three enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Assistants to join our marketing team. If you are looking to start a career in marketing and are proactive, tenacious, and adaptable, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to become a member of our highly commercial, record-breaking marketing team.
Each year we bring on multiple cohorts of graduates throughout the business. We’re looking to hire future leaders keen to upskill; so, provide one on one mentoring, team training and a ‘graduate academy’ to provide as much support as possible for those transitioning from study to full-time work.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Managers across a number of business conferences. You must be excited about learning new things, love working to deadlines, motivated by targets, and eager to contribute ideas to improve our marketing and processes.
You should enjoy personal success and want to achieve it from within a supportive, target driven, talented team. You recognise there’s more to learn and to prove and you’re determined to find the place where you can do just that.

Responsibilities include:
- Website – website creation, website updates, SEO, setting up registration platform
- Email marketing – setting up and designing emails
- Graphic design - creating social media and website banners
- Social media – supporting on social media plans
- Marketing inbox management
- General marketing admin
- Support wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects
- Assist with training of new starters
- 2:1 classification degree or higher within Marketing or Business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and multi-task
- Uses initiative when faced with challenges and flexibility in approach
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Google Analytics, Salesforce or Pardot
- Executing social media plans
- SEO on websites
- Design software
