This role is a combination of both practical and design engineering solutions required to undertake project tasks to contribute to their successful completion in line with the project plan and to support manufacturing centers globally.

This role is a combination of both practical and design engineering solutions required to undertake project tasks to contribute to their successful completion in line with the project plan and to support manufacturing centers globally.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation of procedures to encourage a safer working environment. Think Safe!
- Uncompromising approach to safety both personally and equipment.
- Understanding what the different products produced by myenergi are, and their functionality
- Conducting tests to evaluate product functionality, reliability, and durability through the provided test solutions
- Working closely with test, process and production teams to ensure stability and optimisation of test solutions.
- Identify, diagnose and document problems encountered during the testing process, and implement solutions to ensure products meet quality standards
- Understand and apply technical drawings, schematics, and production documents
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Carrying out Preventative Maintenance (PM) to ensure that test solutions are working to their optimum level of performance, as prompted by the PM database and or by the manufactures recommendations, including the ability to order spares. This will include the calibration of the Test Rigs
- Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes and testing procedures
- Collaborating with engineers and production teams to refine product designs
- Maintaining a 5S Culture.
- Maximum flexibility in terms of working hours.
- HND or an NVQ Level 5 in Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering discipline
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experienced working in cross functional groups
