About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our site in Scunthorpe. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 6:00 - 14:30.
The salary is £34,750+ Quarterly Bonus up to £750

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our site in Scunthorpe. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 6:00 - 14:30.
The salary is £34,750+ Quarterly Bonus up to £750
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions.
- Motivate and support members of the team to ensure targets are met, highlighting any performance issues to management.
- Identify any improvements and make recommendations for change.
- Ensures daily operation of equipment by monitoring performance and calling for repairs as required, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, ensuring all team members are using the correct PPE and wearing company issued uniform at all times.
- Assess and review staff performance, offering feedback, both constructive and positive, to support the professional development of team members.

- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
- Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
- Organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & email
- Warehouse/Production experience
- Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
