Manufacturing Process Technician

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Technician|  Location: Wellingborough (NN8 4BL)

Shift pattern:  7 x 12hr day shifts - followed by 7 days off - followed by 7 x 12hr night shifts - followed by 7 days off

So what’s it all about?

As our next Manufacturing Process Technician at the Hovis Flour Mill, you’ll work as part of all specialist team obtaining and testing product samples, the completion of product protection tasks and the relevant record keeping.

 As this is a unique process a full training program will be provided.

This position requires a hands-on approach ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You won’t be the type of person who wants to sit at a desk all day, instead you’ll enjoy being on your feet and enjoy the opportunity to work in a fast-paced role with a household brand. You’ll be self-motivated, have good attention to detail and work well as part of a team.

Key Requirements

• A good ability to work as part of a team. 
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop.
• Manufacturing or warehouse operations experience (ideally food manufacturing)
• Awareness of the importance of health and safety.
