You contribute to local and global digitisation initiatives while ensuring high-quality digital services and secure connectivity to the production areas.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You provide hands-on support for manufacturing IT/OT systems and partner with engineering, operations, and maintenance to boost equipment up-time and throughput.
  • You assist with local implementation of IT/OT projects, ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443, and maintain hardware/software standards in production areas.
  • You set up and maintain secure network connectivity for OT hardware and external vendor equipment, document local network architecture, and manage OT assets to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • You act as a technical liaison between IT, OT, engineering, and business teams, participate in global Manufacturing IT/OT community initiatives, and deliver measurable productivity and security metrics.
  • You implement, monitor, and improve cyber-security for factory IT and OT systems, coordinate with global cyber-security teams, and support secure on-boarding, configuration, and patch management of digital assets.

  • You offer foundational IT networking knowledge and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You’re familiar with cybersecurity frameworks and industrial cybersecurity standards, and you manage time and solve problems with an entrepreneurial, responsible mindset.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bonus: experience with IIoT machine connectivity (e.g., OPC UA), cloud platforms like AWS Connected Factory, and OT hardware such as PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
