Operational Transformation Engineer: For Those Who Build Systems, Not Teams
At Trilogy, we don't just acquire software companies—we transform them with ruthless efficiency. While others scale with headcount, we scale with systems. We need elite operators who can rebuild entire operational frameworks using code, automation, and AI—not management layers.
This role puts you at the helm of high-stakes transformations across our 100+ product portfolio. You'll replace legacy systems with AI-powered workflows, eliminate thousands of manual hours through automation, and execute complex transitions that others would staff entire departments to handle.
We operate with fewer layers, faster cycles, and higher expectations than traditional enterprises. This is your opportunity to drive massive impact without bureaucratic friction. If you're the rare technical leader who uses automation as leverage and speed as strategy—Trilogy is where you belong.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement AI-powered operational systems that eliminate manual effort, compress complexity, and enable scalable execution across Trilogy's global software portfolio.
Basic Requirements
Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. For three decades, Trilogy has been known for 3 things: Relentlessly seeking top talent, Innovating new technology, and incubating new businesses. Our technological innovation is spearheaded by a passion for simple customer-facing designs. Our incubation of new businesses ranges from entirely new moon-shot ideas to rearchitecting existing projects for today's modern cloud-based stack. Trilogy is a place where you can be surrounded with great people, be proud of doing great work, and grow your career by leaps and bounds.
