About The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join our team during a period of transformation. This role is ideal for someone either building strong momentum in their accounting career or bringing proven experience in managing month-end processes.

About The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join our team during a period of transformation. This role is ideal for someone either building strong momentum in their accounting career or bringing proven experience in managing month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and board packs
- Post and reconcile payroll (70% of cost base), including pensions and salary sacrifice
- Maintain intercompany matrix, loan schedules, and interest postings
- Handle prepayments, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support VAT/CIS returns, bank recs, and general ledger entries
- Assist with audit prep and statutory accounts
- Mentor Assistant Management Accountants
- Identify and implement process improvements
Mandatory:
- Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) or strong part-qualified
- Solid understanding of payroll accounting and month-end processes
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas)
- Confident communicator and team player
- Experience in a corporate/semi-corporate environment
- Exposure to ERP systems and finance transformation projects
