We are looking for a confident Male Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 40 hours a week working Days, Nights and some weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Shear Meadow.

Shear Meadow is a community residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

  • Due to the occupational needs, and demands of the service we are only able to accept Male applicants who hold a UK Driving License for this role*

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
