HYG is seeking an Major Accounts Manager. Responsible for growing major account sales in assigned accounts and driving success in defined target accounts by working with internal functional groups and the dealer organization. The major account manager must be able to operate as both a player and player coach in driving direct and indirect sales. Drive HYG market share and profitability targets as presented in the Annual Plan. This position will be responsible for the relationship of assigned accounts and will utilize the HY-impact sales processes and customer relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This position will drive voice of the customer to ensure growth within their assigned customer base, maintaining assigned account development plans, structuring and executing contracts, and managing customer orders with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful Major Accounts Manager will have the following Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve New Unit Sales Objectives
- Responsible for executing and maintaining Account Development Strategies. This includes strategies for existing customers which will allow us to grow presence and market share and strategies for target/key accounts which will allow us to penetrate and achieve incremental sales/market share.
- Develop relationships with dealer sales and service organization to ensure proper coverage of major accounts
- Responsible for effective Order Quality of assigned accounts which drives on target performance of inventory levels and working capital. Defined as the management of the order from quote to installation and payment collection.
- BS Degree in Business Management/related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years Sales experience. In lieu of degree 10 years’ experience.
