To work as part of a team of Maintenance Specialist as the first point of contact for your Tenants, responsible for arranging reactive repairs for our managed portfolio of properties. Working closely with your team to achieve our business plan whilst providing a service that feels like it’s part of the local Property Management Teams and treats every customer as if they were our only one.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - based in the office
Location: TW13

As part of the Maintenance Team, you will provide consistently excellent service to support Property Managers to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Maintenance Team, you will provide consistently excellent service to support Property Managers to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
- Being the first point of contact for out Tenants for the duration of their Tenancy.
- Completing Troubleshooting to help tenants resolve maintenance issues without contractors to save out Landlords unwarranted call out cost.
- Gathering information from Tenants which will aid our contractors to complete works needed.
- Develop strong, relationships with our Property Managers, Tenants and Contractors,
- Checking works are completed and keeping all parties updated.
- Resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Confident, personable communicator.
- Enthusiastic, ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving aptitude.
- Well Presented.
- Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organised, with a flexible approach to a varied workload particularly during period.
- Confident, with excellent communication skills, using the telephone as first point of contact.
- Able to demonstrate initiative along with a ‘can do’ approach.
