We now have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Plumber / Maintenance Operative to join our highly regarded NHS repairs and maintenance team based in Sidcup.
Our maintenance business provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts, residential homes and educational facilities. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose.
Our NHS maintenance healthcare team in Sidcup provides a planned, preventative and reactive maintenance service for a large acute NHS trust. To enable us to continue to deliver an excellent quality of service, we are looking for a multi skilled plumber / maintenance plumber to join the team.
This is a varied role will involve providing repairs (responsive and planned) with a particular emphasis on plumbing but the role will also involve being involved with other general maintenance works. You will be working in a mobile role maintaining a number of healthcare sites in a small patch in North Kent.
What we can offer you;
You will have the ability to undertake a wide range of plumbing repairs but also some other general building skills. This could include carpentry, plastering etc. Above all you will have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing high quality repairs. A full UK driving license is required and the position is subject to a DBS check.

- a full time permanent position. Normal working hours are 8am to 500pm Monday to Friday. You will also participate in an on call rota for emergency repairs where you will receive a standby allowance and overtime paid at time and a half or double time depending on day/time of call out.
