HOLIDAY PARK MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Holiday Park | Taymouth | Permanent | Full Time

Accommodation can be available for a couple.

We are seeking an active and enthusiastic Maintenance person or couple to join the team on one of our client’s beautiful holiday parks in the Scottish Highlands .

Our client is an established holiday and lifestyle operator who offer a unique package to holiday makers and owners. Part of this package is the upkeep of the caravan and holiday home fleet, buildings, and grounds that the owners and holiday makers enjoy. You will be working with a team of Gardeners, Maintenance Professionals, Siting teams and Gas Engineers across the park, also admin, cleaning and front of house duties.

You will be involved with facilities on park and delivering all grounds maintenance and siting activity, in line with agreed plans, delivering an outstanding environment for our Guests, Owners and Team whilst ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are met.

Duties Include

• Supporting the Maintenance & Grounds Team in maintaining the park, the grounds and delivering all planned and reactive park maintenance activity in line with agreed plans, the cleaning team also,
• Following direction and working as part of a multi skilled maintenance team
• Ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Carrying out any front of house duties as and when required.
  
  

Key Responsibilities For The Role

• Confidently taking instruction on daily tasks from your Maintenance Manager
• Dealing with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding
• Reacting to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement
• Maintaining daily service and tasks, observing speed of service, arranging appropriate resources or support when needed
• Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators
• Completing any relevant administrative tasks including documenting works undertaken and job sheets
• Safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
  
  

Role Requirements

• Hands on all round maintenance and grounds work skills
• Driving License Requirement
• Health & Safety procedures followed and recorded accurately
